I hate to start out talking about a mistake they made but the way they handled their mistake absolutely blew me away. I placed an order that I had to have quickly so I requested 2 day shipping. The customer service person accidentally clicked 3 day shipping which would not have been fast enough. I got the shipping confirmation and called to explain. The person who answered the phone listened to me and didn't say "please hold" but instead said "I'm very sorry about that, if you can hold for just a minute I will find out what's going on with this right away." Amazing! Then she came back in less than 30 seconds and said "sir, that was our error and I've already set up another order for overnight delivery which should reach you in time for the date you needed. So, in less than 2 minutes, they acknowledged, took responsibility for and corrected the problem. And were NICE through the whole thing. I've ordered from these guys before and I should also say that they have really great products. It's kind of tricky ordering party decorations online because a lot of times you get cheap looking smashed up stuff. But Shop Wild Things carries things that "look expensive." So great to be able to give a nice review to a great business.
