Packages sent to us without an RA# written on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to you. Merchandise must be shipped back to us in original packaging and in resaleable condition. We deduct the UPS shipping cost for the original shipment (which may exceed any promotional shipping rate) and refund the balance to the customer by the same payment method as the original order. Any returned orders/products without an "RA" (return authorization number) will not be credited for any reason.If you are returning a bead curtain, do not roll the bead strands around the header rod. We will not issue refunds for curtains rolled onto the header rods. Always insert the original product package into a heavy duty shipping carton and stuff the carton full with newspaper or other suitable packing material so the product cannot shift during shipment. ALWAYS INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORDER INSIDE THE SHIPPING CARTON. Write the reason for your return and your request for credit or exchange on the paperwork. Returns (except for manufacturer defects) are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% to cover the costs of original packing materials, labor costs, and the time and materials to inspect, re-label and return the merchandise to stock.
