Holiday Shipping Information 2011

Our elves are packing and shipping orders as quickly as possible! To ensure Christmas delivery, please refer to the shipping map below. Most orders placed by December 15th will arrive by December 23 for most of the country. After December 15, the shipping map below will help you to figure out how long it takes for a package to get from us to your area. If you have a concern about the arrival of an order you'd like to place, please call us at 928.855.6075.

Christmas Holiday: Our offices will be CLOSED on Monday December 26 and Tuesday December 27. We will re-open at 8am on Wednesday December 28, 2011.

New Year's Holiday: Our offices will be CLOSED on Monday January 2, 2012 and will re-open on Tuesday January 3, 2012. ___________________________________________________________________________________________

2011 CHRISTmas Schedule Follows After 11:00am Arizona Time on December 15, please refer to the UPS Shipping Times in Transit map below. As you will see, there are MANY states that we can ship to that take very little time for packages to arrive. We will be packing and shipping orders fast fast fast! We are shipping from Arizona zip 86406. If you are ordering UPS Ground shipping, please count shipping starting with the day that we ship and EXCLUDE weekends. UPS does not deliver Ground packages on Saturday or Sunday, and they do not count those days as "time in transit".

We also use USPS Priority Mail for shipping. The decision to use USPS is based on shipping cost and delivery time. If we are able to get your package to you quicker this way, and your package meets the requirements set by USPS, we will use this shipping method.

Time-in-transit notes: On UPS holidays – Nov. 24, Dec. 26 and Jan. 2 – there is no movement of any packages tendered to UPS. Also, Nov. 25 is considered for the purpose of the UPS Service Guarantee as a transit day for “UPS air and international packages” only. Peak-season guarantees: Commitment times for air and international shipments delivered within the United States will be extended by 90 minutes on the following days: Nov. 25, Dec. 19-24 and Dec. 31. UPS air and international shipments picked up or delivered in the United States are guaranteed throughout the holiday season. The guarantee is suspended for UPS Ground and UPS Standard packages picked up or scheduled for delivery between Dec. 12 and Dec. 24. If you are ordering Expedited Shipping service (by 11AM Mountain Time), your order will likely leave our warehouse the same day. We pack and ship our own orders....we do not use drop-shippers!
