The amounts shown for 3 Day, 2nd Day and Next Day Air are estimates. If the actual amount we are charged by UPS is significantly different from the estimated amount, we will increase or decrease the shipping charge on your order.
Worldwide Shipping
Yes! We ship Worldwide! For Worldwide Shipping, we will use USPS unless you require another shipping method. We will charge your credit card exactly what we are charged for shipping. If you need to know what the exact charges are prior to shipping, please place your orders over the phone, as our website system is unable to calculate shipping based on zip codes and/or postal codes. International orders can take as long as 3-4 weeks for delivery. If you need expedited Worldwide shipping, please put comments on your order.
Special Signature Confirmation Note:
UPS is responsible for your package once it leaves our building. If you require a signature for delivery (if you live in an area where it's possible for your package to be stolen if left outside of your door or porch area) you MUST notify us. Otherwise, it will be left to the discretion of the UPS driver to leave the package or not leave the package without a signature. Once we have filled your order and shipped your order, we cannot be held liable for the delivery of your package. We will always provide shipping confirmation as well as proof that your package was shipped and delivered.
Address Corrections:
If we are given an incorrect shipping address UPS charges us $10.00 to correct the address and/or zip code. This is not a charge we can control, and it will be passed on to you, so PLEASE make sure to double-check the addresses you enter! This fee will not be waived for any reason, sorry!
The UPS Ground Shipping Map indicates the number of days it takes for a package to arrive (after it's shipped) from our location in Lake Havasu City, AZ 86406 using standard UPS Ground shipping.)
Yellow Color States: 1 Business Day after the day shipped
Dark Yellow Color States: 2 Business Days after the day shipped
Green Color States: 3 Business Days after the day shipped

Returns and/or exchanges are allowed within 15 days of product receipt. WE REALLY CANNOT ACCEPT MERCHANDISE BACK AFTER THIS TIME AND WILL NOT HONOR RETURNS AFTER THIS TIME. Packages sent to us without an RA# written on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to you. Merchandise must be shipped back to us in original packaging and in resaleable condition. We deduct the UPS shipping cost for the original shipment (which may exceed any promotional shipping rate) and refund the balance to the customer by the same payment method as the original order.
Important Return Instructions
RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX AS WELL AS ON THE ORDER COPY INSIDE OF THE RETURN! PLEASE CALL 928-855-6075 FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Any returned orders/products without an "RA" (return authorization number) will not be credited for any reason.
If you are returning a bead curtain, do not roll the bead strands around the header rod. We will not issue refunds for curtains rolled onto the header rods.
Always insert the original product package into a heavy duty shipping carton and stuff the carton full with newspaper or other suitable packing material so the product cannot shift during shipment.
ALWAYS INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORDER INSIDE THE SHIPPING CARTON. Write the reason for your return and your request for credit or exchange on the paperwork.
Returns (except for manufacturer defects) are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% to cover the costs of original packing materials, labor costs, and the time and materials to inspect, re-label and return the merchandise to stock.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to process credits to your card on returns and/or exchanges.

If UPS damages a package in transit, we must be notified within 5 days of product receipt. You will be sent a replacement item as well as a call tag for the damaged item. If there are any other problems with the receipt of your package (packing mistakes happen VERY occasionally!) You must notify us within 5 days of package receipt.
Custom bead curtain orders are available in large quantities only. Custom painted bamboo curtains are available in quantities of 50 or more with 3 months lead time. Custom length acrylic beaded curtains up to 24' long are available with a minimum $1,000 order and have a 2 to 3 month lead time. Custom color acrylic beaded curtains are available with a minimum order of 100 standard sized curtains or the equivalent length of strands. Call us at (928) 855-6075 with your questions. For large projects, strands of beads in custom lengths (with or wihtout header rod) are available as custom orders in large quantities. Please call for RUSH delivery custom order information. Custom orders are not returnable and are sold on a prepaid basis or by contract.
