Rush Delivery Service Shipping Charges

We will ship your Expedited Shipping order on the SAME DAY as long as your order is placed by 2pm ARIZONA TIME on Monday - Friday. You MUST provide a telephone number where you can be reached immediately should we need to get further shipping information to you. Our website is unable to calculate actual RUSH shipping charges. If the RUSH shipping charges are MORE than the online estimate, we need to be able to get in contact with you right away.

The dollar amounts shown for 3 Day, 2nd Day and Next Day Air are estimates developed by using the average of all orders. Because our website offers so many items of different types, we cannot calculate the exact shipping cost until the order is packed. Box sizes, number of packages, weight, and location all affect shipping charges. If the actual amount we are charged by UPS is significantly different from the estimated amount, we will increase or decrease the shipping charge on your order. If the shipping charge is quite a bit more than the estimate, we will attempt to contact you about the shipping charges. When calculating 2nd Day and 3 Day shipping times do not include the day shipped. Example: Item ordered and shipped with 2nd day air on Monday, will be delivered on Wednesday. All delivery dates are based upon business days only.

Shipping Charges to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO

The shipping price which appears on your order is only an estimate developed by using the average shipping cost for all orders to these addresses. If the cost of shipping your order is significantly greater than the amount which appears on your order, we will email you before shipping. We ship by priority mail to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We can also provide Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or Ground Service by UPS.

Worldwide Shipping

Yes! We ship Worldwide! For Worldwide Shipping, we will use use the United States Postal Service. If you need faster delivery with more detailed tracking information, we also use FedEx or UPS airfreight services. For very large international orders, we also get spot quotes from various air carriers. If you need airfreight delivery, please specify that in the "Comments" section on the lower left hand portion of the shipping address entry screen. We will charge your credit card exactly what we are charged for shipping. If you need to know what the exact charges are prior to shipping, please place your orders over the phone, as our website system is unable to calculate shipping based on zip codes and/or postal codes. International orders by postal delivery can take as long as 3-4 weeks for delivery. If you need expedited Worldwide shipping, please put comments on your order. Our website is unable to calculate exact International Shipping costs. If your shipping cost is more than the online estimate of $45.00, we will contact you via email or telephone to get authorization to charge the balance of the shipping fees due. We do not make any money on shipping. If it costs us less than $45.00 to ship your International package, you will be credited.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We prepay and add only the international delivery charges for your order. We do not add the duty, brokerage and import taxes (if any.) These charges vary from country to country and from province to province. Sometimes they are not charged at all. If any are charged, you will be responsible for paying them at the time of delivery.

Special Signature Confirmation Note:

UPS is responsible for your package once it leaves our building. If you require a signature for delivery (if you live in an area where it's possible for your package to be stolen if left outside of your door or porch area) you MUST notify us. Otherwise, it will be left to the discretion of the UPS driver to leave the package or not leave the package without a signature. Once we have filled your order and shipped your order, we cannot be held liable for the delivery of your package. We will always provide shipping confirmation as well as proof that your package was shipped and delivered.

Address Corrections / Intercept Fees:

If we are given an incorrect shipping address UPS charges us $11.00 to correct the address and/or zip code. This is not a charge we can control, and it will be passed on to you, so PLEASE make sure to double-check the addresses you enter! If you need to CHANGE an address after the shipment has already left ShopWildThings: UPS also charges $11.00 for delivery intercepts. This also includes boxes that will be re-routed to be returned to us. Address change and package intercept fees are hard costs to us and are not waived or discounted.

We are shipping most orders in two business days. Occasionally we will ship smaller items in USPS Priority Mail envelopes or boxes. Your order will then arrive in 2-3 Days. Sometimes this will be faster than UPS!

The UPS Ground Shipping Map indicates the number of days it takes for a package to arrive (after it's shipped) from our location in Lake Havasu City, AZ 86406 using standard UPS Ground shipping.) The term "Business Day" refers to Monday through Friday. "Business Day" excludes weekends and UPS or USPS holidays.

  Brick Red Color States: 4 Business Days after the day shipped

Please send information about what you would like to order on a sheet of paper. You can add it up with the prices online and send a check. You can also send in an order and your phone number, we will call you with an order total and get your credit card information over the phone.

Returns and Restocking Charges

Returns and/or exchanges are allowed within 15 days of product receipt. WE REALLY CANNOT ACCEPT MERCHANDISE BACK AFTER THIS TIME AND WILL NOT HONOR RETURNS AFTER THIS TIME. Packages sent to us without an RA# written on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to you. Merchandise must be shipped back to us in original packaging and in resaleable condition. We deduct the UPS shipping cost for the original shipment (which may exceed any promotional shipping rate) and refund the balance to the customer by the same payment method as the original order. Damages

If UPS damages a package in transit, we must be notified within 5 days of product receipt. You will be sent a replacement item as well as a call tag for the damaged item. If there are any other problems with the receipt of your package (packing mistakes happen VERY occasionally!) You must notify us within 5 days of package receipt.

Custom Orders

Custom painted bamboo curtains are available in quantities of 50 or more with 3 months lead time. Custom length acrylic beaded curtains up to 24' long are available with a minimum $1,000 order and have a 2 to 3 month lead time. Custom color acrylic beaded curtains are available with a minimum order of 100 standard sized curtains or the equivalent length of strands. Call us at (928) 855-6075 with your questions. For large projects, strands of beads in custom lengths (with or wihtout header rod) are available as custom orders in large quantities. Please call for RUSH delivery custom order information. Custom orders are not returnable and are sold on a prepaid basis or by contract.

Use the least sharp beaded curtains for doorways and reserve the "pointy edge" beaded curtains for windows and walls etc. Use of our products is at your own risk. Please use common sense!
