Everything you see here is ONE piece! No figuring it out. No placing it the right way. We've DONE THE WORK! This entire piece covers tons of ceiling space and you can hang multiple panels next to one another. There is a piece of fabric that COMPLETELY hides the ceiling, almost like a sheet that is attached to the ceiling with billowing fabric hanging below. Make sure to see the 20 second video that we took of it hanging in our office. It's too dark, but you'll get the idea of how the piece hangs.
Especially for weddings and events, our senses are already heightened when entering the ceremony and reception areas and our Ceiling Drape "Clouds" will absolutely overwhelm your guests and take their breath away! This exceptional accent piece is 10' wide by 20' long and consists of a fabric backing that hugs the ceiling, while elegant swags of white, pleated tulle gracefully drape overhead. There are 42 nylon loops around this rectangular canopy to secure it to the ceiling. There are 4 rows of swags with alternating configurations. To call this a ceiling drape is an understatement. It's a game changer for any event planner! Our Clouds canopy weighs 7.5 lbs.
This isn't just a unique ceiling drape, it's downright heavenly! The fabric backing that hugs the ceiling is thin enough that recessed lighting will show through, which can be a pretty cool effect, and the tulle drapes down 18" from the ceiling. Using magnet hooks on the metal grids, we hung Clouds on a drop ceiling (or suspended ceiling) and it completely covered 25 tiles (each 2' x 4') or an area of 200'. Regardless of your ceiling material, you can tack the clouds to the surface using the 42 loops.
For an outdoor wedding or reception area, you can wire tie this Cloud canopy to Pipe and Drape Kits. As shown in the video, we used 8'-20' height adjustable risers (6) with 20" by 20" bases (6) and 6'-10' adjustable width crossbars (7) to create a jaw-dropping gazebo! And, if you added 3 more uprights, 3 more bases and 5 more crossbars, you could create a 20' long by 20' wide outdoor room that covers an area of 400' square feet!
Imagine Clouds creating a blissful canopy over the lovely wedding table or hang several to set a memorable tone over the dance floor. You could add battery operated Fairy String Lights under the backing to shine through the clouds. Or, create a sprinkle or two! Hang Beaded Crystal Strands by gently fishing the tiny jump rings through the tulle clouds.
