Light and airy, our new "Breezy" Wooden Beaded Curtain is one of our more playful curtain accent pieces and it's actually 3-dimensional! There are 26 strands hanging from a beaded lattice top and the 2" long leaf shaped beads give a natural and fresh look to this curtain. The strands alternate from 5 smaller beads to a leaf shaped bead and all the beads are a very natural looking cream color. An amusing feature of this curtain is that you can rotate the leaves 360¡ around the strand so you can have them all positioned flush with a wall or leave them uneven for a unique textured look! The wooden headrail is 35 1/2" wide and there are 2 eyelets attached so you can hang it right out of the box. You could trim about 3/4" from each end of the headrail if you need to shorten the width. The length is 72" (6') and this curtain is easy to walk through without tangling the strands and the jangle of beads creates a pleasing, soft melodic sound!

I love the beads and the sound they make
I was concerned we would have trouble because the board the eye screws were to screwed into was substandard (knot holes, damaged on one end) but we did get it up and were enjoying it until my grandson ran through it one too many times and broke a couple of strands. I will be restringing it with fishing line instead of the string it came with. It will be a big job I know but has to be done if I want to be able to hang it back up. It is of course not the manufacturers fault my grandson is so enthusiastic about the bead curtain. But that string is very wimpy.

Exceeded my expectations
I purchased the "Breezy" curtain for a rather unique purpose. As you see in the photo, I have French doors that I like to keep open in the summer. The only problem is that at least once a year a hummingbird will fly in, and with a 35 ft high ceiling it didn't always end well. I purchased this curtain as a "hummingbird deflector," and have found it to be not only effective, but also beautiful and well made. It fits into my door space as if it were custom made. The quality is superb, and I'm considering getting another for another room, because I think it is so lovely. I LOVE THIS.

Softly sounds
Pretty in natural look of neutral tone wood as each shape is moved against another to move strands to walk through there is a soft gentle sound that is very relaxing and pleasing. A very organic and fresh look is provided by the shapes and their size gives an artful appearance where placed. I am truly enjoying, this my first purchase. Thanks!
