Paid Time Off: Our employees work tirelessly year-round and since we put people first, we offer generous paid time off during the holidays so that they may spend time with their family and friends. During our times closed, feel free to leave us phone messages and emails, but please understand that we will not be able to respond until the date that we reopen as indicated below.
Thanksgiving 2020 We will be closed Thursday November 26th and Friday November 27th. We will re-open on Monday November 30, 2020.
Christmas 2020 We will be closed Thursday December 24th and Friday December 25th. We will re-open on Monday December 28, 2020.
New Year's 2021 We will be closed on Friday January 1, 2020. We will re-open on Monday January 4, 2021.

Expedited Orders arrive faster and if placed by 2pm Arizona time, they ship same-day!

Extended Holiday Return Period: Consumer Orders (gift orders) placed from December 1 to December 22 will enjoy an extended return / exchange deadline.....through January 31, 2021.
Covid/Holiday Notice for 2020: FedEx (and all other carriers) have suspended their money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground®, FedEx Freight® (except FedEx Freight® Priority Plus) and FedEx Office® services effective immediately until further notice. This means that if your shipment delivery is delayed during this time, neither ShopWildThings nor FedEx will be able to refund your shipping fee paid. We have not had this issue come up but once thus far but we felt that it was worth noting. Most all packages are being delivered within the quoted delivery window that can be located with your tracking number.
