Will I Get My Order In Time? We specialize in emergencies and we are "you-know-what" crazy about fast shipping. Until December 21, Orders placed by 1pm Arizona time ship the same day. Please view the map below for delivery dates by State.  There is a comments section when you check out to add your notes to let us know when you need your order. We read those notes very carefully!  

Thanksgiving 2023 We will be closed Thursday November 23rd and Friday November 24th. We will re-open on Monday November 27, 2022.

Christmas 2023 Every order received before 10am on Thursday December 21 will ship before the holiday closure. Orders placed after that deadline will not ship until Wednesday December 27th. We will be closed from Thursday December 21 at 12pm through Tuesday December 26th. We will re-open on Wednesday December 27, 2023. 

New Year's 2024 We will be closed on Monday January 1, 2024. We will re-open on Tuesday January 2, 2024.

Call or Message Us: if you're worried about your order delivery date. Our hours are M-F 8am to 4:30pm Arizona Time and we can tell you when packages can/should arrive: 928-855-6075 or fill out our Contact Us form if you'd like. Note, we will not be replying to email or phone messages during our days closed mentioned above. Please note that during the holiday season, carriers DO NOT guarantee any delivery dates. We will do our part but cannot control the performance of the carriers. That said, we never leave customers high and dry. We take care of you. 

Did You Know: We ship our own product from our own warehouses and we are shipping FAST! We don't have the delays that other companies might because we do not have to rely on other fulfillment centers to ship your order to you. We are a "Small Business" and we are so grateful that you are shopping with us.

Paid Time Off: Our people are our first customers and our most valuable asset.  Every team member at ShopWildThings works tirelessly year-round to ensure that our clients are thrilled and delighted with every experience with us. As such, our entire operation closes down and our team members enjoy paid time off. During our times closed, feel free to leave us phone messages and emails, but please understand that we will not be able to respond until the date that we reopen as indicated below. Our entire team is in Arizona, we do not employ overseas workers who can answer during weekends and holiday times.

Holiday Notice for 2023: FedEx (and all other carriers) have suspended their money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground®, FedEx Freight® (except FedEx Freight® Priority Plus) and FedEx Office® services effective immediately until further notice. This means that if your shipment delivery is delayed during this time, neither ShopWildThings nor FedEx will be able to refund your shipping fee paid.
