Our employees have been given the choice to stay at home or to be in our offices and warehouses with no negative consequences if they choose to stay home. Every employee is following strict guidelines to maintain social distancing both at work and at home. At work, we are insisting on 6-10 feet of distance between all employees, strict cleaning procedures, and each person is being provided with everything necessary for them to feel safe at work including hand sanitizer, gloves and masks. If two employees need to directly interact with one another at a distance of less than 6-10 feet, for example if they are reviewing an order, both employees must wear a fresh face mask and maintain as much distance as possible. Shipping & Policies
We ship orders Monday-Friday. You will receive a tracking email once your order has left our facility. Expedited Rush shipping orders (Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day) that are placed by 2:00 PM Arizona Time ship the same day! Occasionally we will ship smaller items in USPS Priority Mail envelopes or boxes. Your order will then arrive in 2-3 Days after shipping. Sometimes this will be faster than FedEx! The FedEx Ground Shipping Map indicates the number of days it takes for a package to arrive (after it's shipped) from our location in Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403 using standard FedEx s Ground Shipping.) This is a relatively new service provided by both UPS and USPS. Your package is picked up at our location in Arizona by UPS and is assigned a tracking number. UPS delivers the package to your local Post Office, and then the United States Parcel Service delivers to you. This is a great option to save a few dollars on delivery charges. Please add at least one business day to the delivery time indicated on the shipping map above.
IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTE: We prepay and add only the international delivery charges for your order. We do not add the duty and import taxes (if any.) These charges vary from country to country and from province to province. Sometimes they are not charged at all. If any are charged, you will be responsible for paying them at the time of delivery.Signature Confirmation
UPS is responsible for your package once it leaves our building. If you require a signature for delivery (if you live in an area where it's possible for your package to be stolen if left outside of your door or porch area) you MUST notify us. Otherwise, it will be left to the discretion of the UPS driver to leave the package or not leave the package without a signature. Once we have filled your order and shipped your order, we cannot be held liable for the delivery of your package. If we are given an incorrect shipping address UPS charges us $15.90 to correct the address and/or zip code. This is not a charge we can control, and it will be passed on to you, so PLEASE make sure to double-check the addresses you enter! If you need to CHANGE an address after the shipment has already left ShopWildThings: UPS also charges $15.90 for delivery intercepts. This also includes boxes that will be re-routed to be returned to us. Address change and package intercept fees are hard costs to us and are not waived or discounted.International Shipping via Freight Forwarders
We are happy to ship from our warehouses in Arizona to your freight forwarder. Please be aware, though, that once your delivery reaches the address that you provided, we are no longer responsible for the product. If your product is broken in transit after it leaves our care and is being handled by another party that you have chosen, our insurance will no longer cover damages. We package glass items with the ultimate of care. Breakage is still something that does come up, however, with glass items. Because International Shipping is so costly, we are unable to re-ship any glass items that arrive broken.
