We ship orders Monday-Friday. We are able to ship orders very quickly because we ship our own product from our own warehouse in Arizona! All of our employees would like to thank you for supporting us. We are a family owned business that's big enough to have the stock you need but small enough to care and make you part of our family. You will receive a tracking email once your order has left our facility. Expedited Rush shipping orders (Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day) that are placed by 2:00 PM Arizona Time ship the same day! Occasionally we will ship smaller items in USPS Priority Mail envelopes or boxes. Your order will then arrive in 2-3 Days after shipping. Sometimes this will be faster than FedEx! The FedEx Ground Shipping Map indicates the number of days it takes for a package to arrive (after it's shipped) from our location in Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403 using standard FedEx Ground Shipping. The term "Business Day" refers to Monday through Friday for both shipping and receiving orders. "Business Day" excludes weekends and FedEx or USPS holidays.

If this is the case for you, please enter that date in the comments section during checkout. We pay VERY close attention to this area of the order form. If there is any problem with getting an order to you in the time that you mention in this spot, you will hear from us via phone and/or email. Please be sure to double check that you are providing us with good contact information. FedEx's Covid Notice:
FedEx has suspended their money-back guarantee for all Ground Shipments. This means that if your shipment delivery is delayed during this time, neither ShopWildThings nor FedEx will be able to refund your shipping fee paid. Most all packages are being delivered within the quoted delivery window that can be located with your tracking number.
FedEx's Inclement Weather Notice:
If storms cause shipping delays by our carriers, this is because employee safety is the Number 1 concern for those carriers. For example, if a shipment is traveling from us in Arizona, it could get stuck if the next destination is unavailable because of bad weather. Storms can cause hazardous conditions across the U.S. The top priority is the safety and well-being of team members, as well as providing the highest level of service to our customers. Although contingency plans are in place, some service delays and disruptions can be anticipated for inbound and outbound shipments across the U.S. when there are serious storm systems moving through. We and are carriers are committed to providing service to the best of our ability in areas that can be safely accessed. Neither FedEx nor ShopWildThings refunds shipping fees for shipments delayed due to weather.
Rates are shown during check-out process after you enter your zip/postal code. We charge exactly what we are charged for shipping. There are no handling fees added.
How To Calculate Shipping Cost
You can find out exactly how much the delivery cost would be by going to the Shopping Cart / View Cart page. We get a discount with shipping carriers and we pass our savings on to you. The prices shown are the exact prices that we get charged. We do not make money on shipping.
FedEx Address Corrections:If we are given an incorrect shipping address FedEx charges us $18 PER BOX to correct the address and/or zip code. This is not a charge we can control or absorb ourselves, and it will be passed on to you. PLEASE make sure to double-check the addresses you enter because we can't stand being the bearer of this bad news! FedEx charges us $16.00 PER BOX for Delivery intercepts. Delivery Intercepts includes boxes that will be re-routed to be returned to us. Trucking Company Address Corrections: Trucking companies charge between $100-$200 to re-route palletized shipments. This includes shipments that are re-routed and shipped back to us. Address change and package intercept fees are hard costs to us and will need to be paid by the customer.
If a delivery is refused and returned to us, the customer is responsible for the shipping both ways. The actual fees that we were charged by the shipping carrier to the customer and back to us will be deducted from the refund.
Rush Delivery Service
We will ship your Expedited Shipping order on the SAME DAY as long as your order is placed by 2pm ARIZONA TIME Monday - Friday. Please provide a number where we can reach you in case there are questions about your rush order.
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly and as accurately as possible. We do our own warehousing, picking and packing of orders. Picking, packing, and shipping orders requires several employees, steps and moving parts. Finding your order paperwork and product and stopping it from shipping is similar to finding a needle in a haystack. Similarly, if the order has been picked and packed, we will be unable to find it in our shipping trailers awaiting departure. Therefore, online orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed. We appreciate your understanding!
If you choose to cancel an order that was paid for with PayPal or Amazon, and we are able to catch it before it goes to the warehouse, the PayPal or AmazonPay fees that we are charged will be deducted from your refund. Neither PayPal nor Amazon Pay refund the fees that they charge for using their service.
We require time to investigate Lost and Missing Packages. Our carriers require 72-96 Business Hours (3-4 Business Days) to complete investigations.
Yes! We ship Worldwide! Rates are shown at the time of check-out. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
International Duties & Taxes: We prepay and add only the international delivery charges for your order. We do not add the duty and import taxes (if any.) These charges vary from country to country and from province to province. Sometimes they are not charged at all. If any are charged, you will be responsible for paying them at the time of delivery.
We are happy to ship from our warehouses in Arizona to your freight forwarder. Please be aware, though, that once your delivery reaches the address that you provided, we are no longer responsible for the product. If your product is broken in transit after it leaves our care and is being handled by another party that you have chosen, our insurance will no longer cover damages. Damages in transit between our delivery address and your final International address are to be handled between you and your freight forwarder.
We package glass items with the ultimate of care. Breakage is still something that does come up, however, with glass items. Because International Shipping is so costly, we are unable to re-ship any glass items that arrive broken. If glass items arrive broken, we will ask for photographs of the broken item(s) and credit will be provided.
The carrier is responsible for your package once it leaves our building. If you require a signature for delivery (if you live in an area where it's possible for your package to be stolen if left outside of your door or porch area) you MUST notify us. Otherwise, it will be left to the discretion of the UPS driver to leave the package or not leave the package without a signature. Once we have filled your order and shipped your order, we cannot be held liable for the delivery of your package. We will always provide shipping confirmation as well as proof that your package was shipped and delivered.
We require customer signature at the time of delivery for all orders above $500. If this poses a problem for you on the expected date of delivery, please call us at 928.855.6075 before your package has shipped.
There are a few items that cannot ship FREE, and they are marked in the product description. Free Shipping will come one of two ways: Ground or Truck Shipment, depending on the size and contents of your order. *If your order needs a Truck Shipment, we will contact you right away. Truck shipment orders over $100 still qualify for Free Shipping unless you need a truck with a Lift Gate. If you cannot remove the pallets from a semi truck yourself (with a forklift or by offloading yourself), there is a $75 charge by the freight carriers for Lift Gate service.
