Important Setup Instructions – Please Read Before Unpacking:
- Carefully open the packaging. Use scissors to cut the zip ties securing the chandelier strands inside the bag. Do not pull or tug the chains, as they are delicate. Some may detach during transit—don’t worry, they’re easy to reattach.
- Hanging the chandelier: It’s supported at three points—two by the power cords and one by aircraft cable. Zip Tie the power cords to the aircraft cable below the loop in the cable. Watch the video to see how to attach the aircraft cable.
- Untangle with care: Once the chandelier is hanging, begin gently separating the chain strands, starting from the top and working your way downward.
- Adjust the height: Gently push the internal frame downward in several places to extend the chandelier to your desired length. The setup shown in the photo measures approximately 5 feet long (not including the distance from ceiling to chandelier top).
- Quick and easy setup: With two people, setup takes about 15 minutes from unboxing to fully styled.
