How long does it take to ship?
Because each of our chain curtains is custom-made in-house, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for processing before your order ships.
Is the header rod visible?
The curtain hangs from a professional-grade aluminum header. If you prefer the header to blend in with a dark ceiling or wall, you can spray paint it with Krylon paint, or select our custom painting service in the dropdown menu.
What is the return policy for these curtains?
Since these are fabricated to order, custom orders are not cancelable once production begins and are not returnable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.
