This is a special rated coating added to the fabric to provide fire retardant protection - a certification required by some special event venues and commercial /retail spaces. Sure to brighten up the dullest of areas, it's easy to change the look for whatever event you're hosting by simply shining colored lights on them! String curtains are excellent for windows, doorways, backdrops for photos or store window displays, as a room divider and they are divine when made into columns! This polyester curtain is 36" wide by 20' long with a 2 1/2" deep cotton rod pocket and it hangs using any type of rod or drapery hanging system. There are approximately 12 strands per inch.
