This product works great and gives me the option of electric or batteries.

And not only is it handy for keeping the light chargedm but the remote, also, is a handy device as it keeps me from having to climb a ladder to turn it on and off.
Proscharges fairly fast, and creates just enough light, not to be overpowering. The remote control, keeps me off the ladder.
