The genuine, sparkling crystal beads have exceptional clarity and are faceted which allows for maximum shimmer and shine! Our crystal beads are real crystal, not acrylic and they are faceted on all sides. You will find sellers who "sneak" in plastic beads or mix acrylic with glass beads. We are fanatical that this is NOT done on our products. The gold base is 7" wide and this vase weighs just under 5 lbs. The inside of the vase measures 19" deep and the inside width is 2" at the bottom and it gracefully flares out to 6" at the top.
