Thank you so much for taking the time to post your review. You can do all kinds of things with the cut strands. You could glue them to a candle holder or lamp shade creating a boarder or fringe of beads around the bottom. Maybe fill a container to add some sparkle to your table or drape them from a tree or branch, the possibles are only limited by your imagination.

We are sorry that you are unable to safely receive packages from ShopWildThings. It is wonderful that every other package that you receive from other companies are safe on your porch! It sounds like someone in your neighborhood really loves our beaded curtains, too. We do follow FedEx's rules and wait for them to complete their search before reshipping missing or stolen orders. During this hectic time in the world, it can take 3 days for them to give us an answer. When this happens, FedEx or other carriers sometimes mysteriously find the package, or a package is found with a neighbor, or it is found that someone else in the household who brought the package in and set it somewhere and so forth. This is the case 90% of the time. FedEx does send their drivers back out to verify which address they dropped off to, and it takes time for them to schedule this. This is why they, and we, ask for time to investigate before re-sending a lost shipment. We were very communicative with you, and I personally called you twice and was met with a full mailbox. When FedEx got back to us and denied the claim for your FIRST missing order because they had proof of delivery, we shipped a SECOND order. This orderwas delivered by FedEx, and signed for, but you stated that you did not receive it, either. At this point, instead of shipping a third package, we refunded your original order. I sent you an email about the refund and got no response. We have shipped two orders of product, paid for shipping twice, and refunded you. After all of this, we were very surprised when you placed a new order online, this time shipping to a different address that is not associated with your credit card. We didn't think that starting this process over again was a good idea for you or for us. To our other customers reading this review and our response: We are real people. We provide real customer service. Our feelings really get hurt when we get berated by customers. Like everyone else, the 100 other happy customers that we talked to on any given day can be wiped out by one excessively abusive customer. We have been in business since 1989 and always ALWAYS do the right thing. We do, however, also stand up for our staff. If we refuse service to anyone, there is good reason for it. We are not accusing this customer of lying, or assigning fault to her. We just don't think that we can safely deliver goods to her and decided that parting ways was the course of action that we needed to take.
