How noticeable is the defect?

The discoloration is limited to the top header strip. If you are hanging these 10–12 feet in the air or using them for overhead "cloud" decor, the blemish will be virtually invisible to guests.

Can I still use the rod pocket?

Yes! The rod pocket is fully functional. The "bleed" from the tape does not affect the structure or the ease of sliding a rod through.

Is the Velcro reusable?

The "fuzzy" side is sewn into the curtain. The "hook" side has a sticky adhesive back. You can put the curtain up and take it down as needed using the Velcro interface.
