Assembly: Screw the nut on the all-thread rod - just enough to secure it. Drop the rod through the bowl, through the base and the weight. Add the star washer to the rod and secure unit with the other nut. A drive socket with an extension will come in handy. If not needed, the weight can be eliminated.
