I added these gems to my outdoor shower and antique clawfoot tub area. Not pics, work in progress. Imagine a country setting where the deer, wild turkey, and other vermin are your neighbors. I wasn't sure if using string curtains to cover our foyer closet opening would work...once I configured the way to hang them just right, and trimmed the bottom, they are perfect. My husband and sons love it, too. They sway with air movement, don't get tangled, feel good when parting to get into the closet. I plan to hand strings of beads every 3 inches, but that's the second step of my project which has not come to fruition yet...I decided to use 4 of them, for a 48" opening, and it's gorgeous!

I was worried this would require a lot of de-tangling, as people walked through it, but it isn't bad at all. Considering how many stings per inch there are, it's inevitable some tangling will happen (at the bottom), but it's easy to untangle just by running your fingers through it. The nature of the string helps keep it from tangling *supple and slippery) and easy to untangle when you feel like you have to. Thumbs up on this product.

Bought these for an 18' window with a sloping top. Loved that I could trim them with scissors and they absolutely have not frayed. Because they are heavy due to the extreme length I have to trim them as they grow, but it only takes a few minutes. They are much admired because they are so dramatic - floor to ceiling against a medium grey wal. We were very happy. Mind you , they took a couple of hours to comb out because they arrived very tangled up, bunched up in a plastic bag, the I was on the ladder, started at the top and worked my way down. I felt like Rapunzels maid, combing out her hair!!!
