How long does it take to receive my wall?

These are Made to Order custom pieces. From the start of production to delivery, the timeframe is typically 21 days. Because these are custom-built for you, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

My flowers look a bit flattened after shipping. What should I do?

Just like fine clothing, polyester flowers can wrinkle during transit. For that "bursting" professional look, we recommend using a fabric steamer to "fluff" and open up the petals once the wall is hung.

How do I connect the two panels?

Each 4'x8' panel comes with attached Velcro and ties. Simply hang both panels on your rod and secure them together in the middle. The density of the flowers will hide the seam completely.
